“style”, few have an impeccable fashion sense. That’s what they look to us ladies for. Even some of my finest and favourite guy pals consult with me when it comes to dressing for success. And, weddingwear can often prove to be a bit tricky.

After all proper attire depends on the season, the location, and the “type” of event. And, one of the most popular wedding fetes begins with an afternoon ceremony followed by festivities in the evening. So, how does one dress appropriately for this “timely” transition?

Your best bet is to stick with the “classics”…a suit with dress shirt and tie. However, if the cause celebre is on the “more’ chic side make sure the suit is on the darker side and that the shirt is a simple white (or off-white) with a stain tie and complimentary pocket square. Less formal fetes can translate into a more relaxed look, including lighter suits with pin striped shirts or polos and an accompany vest and/or jacket.
